What I really want to know from you is what you really want from your career.  It's cliché, but if you know what you want from your career in 5 or 10 years, we can begin to lay the foundation to get there.  We will explore what you want from your job and how you want it to fit into your life.

I will help create strategies and do research so that you get the job that sets you up for success now AND in the future.

Your Job Search Toolkit

We will make sure all of your Job Search tools (Resume, Cover Letter, LinkedIn) are sharp and effective.  We will create exactly the image that you wish to portray and that will get the attention of people who want to hire you.

Getting Noticed

You need to be outstanding in your field, not out standing in a field of other candidates.  We will help HR, Recruiters and Hiring Managers see your value so that they can see you working on their team. 

Interviewing

You won't get a second chance to make a first impression.  We will make sure that you are well prepared and confident when Interviewing so that you create an amazing impression.

How Long Will This Take?

Some searches are easier, some take a little longer.  My promise to you is that I will be there for you every step of the way until we are both celebrating your amazing job offer! 

This will be a partnership between us both.  I can't find you a job without your help (unless you want to come work for me, and, honestly, I can't afford you)

• We will meet to discuss where you are in your search and what you want the end result to be. 
• I will rewrite all of your Job Search Tools to maximize their effect
• I will create a shared working space in Google Drive so that you have access to all of our work
• I will give you homework to do regularly (though not a lot)
• You will respond to all of my requests in a timely manner
• You will complete the assignments that I give, and ask for help if you need it
• I will not apply for jobs for you
• I will not condone lying on any portion of your Resume, Cover Letter, LinkedIn profile, or during an interview
